老鼠也有溫情 另一半難過時會安撫

（中央社倫敦邁阿密21日綜合外電報導）研究人員發現，小巧的草原田鼠和狗、大象及猴子一樣都會安撫慌張或受到壓力的伴侶。

「每日郵報」報導，越來越多證據顯示，察覺他人難過並以行動紓解對方的壓力不是人類獨有的特質，這項研究再次驗證。

法新社報導，這是研究第一次觀察到齧齒目動物有這類行為。

美國「科學雜誌」（Science）今天出刊的這份研究指出，這項發現可幫助了解自閉症和精神分裂症等障礙。

同理行為的祕密就在荷爾蒙催產素，這也會促進人類之間的母性和愛情。

美國艾莫瑞大學（Emory University） 葉爾基斯國家靈長類研究中心（Yerkes National PrimateResearch Center）人員設計實驗將田鼠和認識的同伴分開。這種田鼠會長期和單一伴侶交配，並一起撫養後代。

接著他們給其中1隻田鼠一連串輕微刺激，再讓牠回到伴侶身邊。

田鼠們一旦團聚，另一隻未受影響的田鼠很快開始舔牠並梳理受驚嚇同伴的毛。

大學的聲明指出，田鼠「更快開始舔舐受到壓力的那隻，時間也更長，相較之下，控制組的田鼠也被分開，但都沒有暴露在壓力源之下」。

這類安撫行為在彼此不熟的同類田鼠中並不會出現。

大腦中又稱「愛情荷爾蒙」的催產素和同理心有關，實驗發現阻斷催產素會讓動物不再安慰彼此。

研究共同作者楊恩（Larry Young）表示，這項研究點出催產素在治療自閉症症候群可能扮演的角色，不過還需要更進一步探究。

他說：「我們現在有機會仔細探索實驗室老鼠同理反應背後的神經機制，這對人類有明確的影響。」（譯者：中央社林仟懿）1050122
